1 1/2 tbs olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
2 pieces Lebanese bread
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp sea salt flakes
1. oven to 220°C. Combine olive oil, garlic and paprika in a small bowl. Place Lebanese bread on a large baking tray. Brush the bread with the oil mixture. Sprinkle with oregano leaves and salt. Bake for 5 minutes or until just crisp. Cut into wedges.
