Moroccan Ghoraybah Recipe

Ingredients

6½ cups plain flour or 900 g
1¼ cups sugar or 250 g
1½ cups butter or 400 g
50 g sesame powder
3½ teaspoons baking powder
1 cup ground almonds or 140 g
1 tin NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk or 397 g
3½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

Preparation

Mix the entire ingredients together making soft dough.

Roll the dough making small balls. Press each ball with your hand to flatten it.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for 8 to 10 minutes.

Serving tips : Garnish with icing sugar.
